Welcome to the GOFISHAB APP! This APP provides accurate and up-to-date fishing conditions on the top central and southern Alberta trout rivers and lakes. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the APP. By using the APP, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. This APP is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. By way of signing up for the APP we grant you an exclusive, non-transferable license to use the APP on your mobile device.
2. All intellectual property rights in the APP and its content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade names, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content in the APP without our prior written consent.
3. This APP is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the APP will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
4. In no event shall the APP owner or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this APP or the inability to use this APP.
5. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms of service.
6. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.

8. The GOFISHAB APP is available for a monthly subscription price of $.99/month or a yearly subscription price of $4.99/year. For new users, we offer a month of unlimited access for free with no commitment required. A subscription is required to maintain access to the APP following the free first month. Your subscription will auto-renew each month (for monthly subscribers), each year (for yearly subscribers), cancel anytime. Charges to your account will be shown as paid to GOFISHAB.

Privacy Statement

1. Personal Information We Collect: We collect your email address for account set up purposes and your location.
2. Use of Personal Information: We may use your personal information to provide you with special offers, general notifications, and or updates/notifications about fishing conditions in your area.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information: We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5. Retention of Personal Information: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
6. Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at gofish@gofishab.ca

                             You can delete your account, including any personal information at any time within the APP Settings, located within the APP Menu.
